- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine angel food cake mix and lemon pie filling. Stir gently until just combined.
- Pour mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and springy to the touch.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely in the pan.
- Cut into squares. Optional: dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
- Use only 1-step angel food cake mix (no egg/butter versions).
- Don’t overmix the batter—just stir until combined.
- For gooey texture, bake closer to 25 minutes; for firmer bars, go to 30.
